Tips for Families with Young Children

Children ages 0–4 can visit the exhibition for free and share a seat with their accompanying adult in the 5D theater.

If there is room on the tour, the child is welcome to sit in their own seat.

In rare cases, young children may find the 5D theater too loud and can wear noise-canceling headphones.

You are welcome to sit with your toddler in a separate chair that does not move.

Children under the age of 10 should visit the exhibition only when accompanied by an adult.

The “Pestgrube” and “Bunker” stations can be skipped for this age group.

A woman and a man are sitting next to each other in the audience, smiling and looking happy. The woman is holding a baby wrapped in a blanket. Several other people are sitting behind them, and raindrops can be seen on the window in front of them.

Languages

The tour guides will lead you through the interactive exhibition in German.
For international guests, audio guides are available in 10 different languages for simultaneous translation:

English, Spanish, Italian, French, Hungarian, Polish, Czech, Russian, Japanese, Chinese
