As we were travelling with our daughter and 7 year old grandson we looked up the top ten things for kids to do in Vienna. What we didn’t expect was that we would enjoy this experience as much as our grandson. In short it was BRILLIANT!
A brilliant experience, definitely a hidden gem of Vienna. The 'tour through time' was good, explaining key point of the history of Vienna, but the special effects (5d, virtual reality, video, narrator) that help tell this story make this and not-to-be missed museum.
This was excellent, really well put together and thought through. Brilliant for the whole family, it's about 50 minutes see if you can pick up some discount vouchers around as it's quite pricey. But easily my favourite thing I have done in Vienna.
In 45 minutes (the length of the tour) you get to do all! See moving paintings like in Harry Potter that talk to you, 3d cinema, vr cinema, experiencing a bunker at war, a grand finale and many more! What's there not to like? I went out of my way to recommend this in person to a friend going to Vienna. It's THAT good.
We were a party of 8 family & friends, all adults. Great fun for a rainy last day in Vienna. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the visit, the history brought all the places we visited together and the rides were really good fun. Worth the admission price, but book on line for discount.
A ‘must do’ experience whilst in Vienna. For someone like myself who knew very little about the history of this city, it gave a very informative and interactive historical account of how everything began up until the present day. The simulator/5D effects were excellent and really aided your interactive learning. Great for kids too and adults alike. Takes roughly 1 hour and very...
It was done with an amazing production quality, when you first arrive, it will look disappointing, but when the tour starts you will be left flabbergasted. You can tell a lot of money, time and thought has gone into making it. Def. a must-try!
The whole concept of a brief history of Vienna is perfectly carried out via 3D and film. The tour lasts approx 50 minutes and worth every penny. The 3D effects are superb with a few extras,I won’t ruin your surprise. Take my word and just book it.
We visited with a four year old. My husband and I really enjoyed it, as did he. There were times when I was concerned that it might be a bit scary for him (e.g. the Black Death burial pit and air raid shelter) so I would recommend that if you have young children, you consider how they may be affected by the discussion of death and the noise of bombs. My son, thankfully, took it...
What a fun way to learn about Vienna's history. 3D movie, Virtual Reality headset, full-size mechanical historical characters including a conversation between Mozart and Strauss. You should start your visit of Vienna here.
I really had a good and fun time here. Everything is calculated and directed at the highest level. From stage to stage the surprises never ends. Hosts are very kind and very informative. I totally recommended
This was more than I expected: I thought it was just going to be a 15 minute film/ride but it was a series of historical segments with animatronic figures, a 3D film, simulated bomb shelter, simulated horse carriage and a cool virtual reality segment with Mozart. It made history interesting and fun
That was the highlight to my trip to Vienna. What a fun interactive experience. If you are looking to get a bit of history in a fun interactive way- this is a must! Highly recommend Time travel! Awesome.?
we liked the Time travel very much, it is perfect for family fun. The different parts of the presentation are very good sized and everything is interesting for the children and for us too. This is an amazing way to learn the history.
