Photo and film

Photography and filming is not permitted in our exhibition premises , with the exception of Fotopoint Sisi & Franz. Photography for commercial and scientific purposes as well as the distribution of photographic material on the Internet require permission.

Children

Children aged 0-4 can visit the exhibition free of charge and share a seat with the accompanying person in the 5D cinema. If there is room in the tour, the child is welcome to sit in his or her own seat. In exceptional cases feel toddlers the 5D cinema as too loud and can wear Hearing protection headphones put on. You are welcome to take your toddler on a separate chair without motion effects Take a seat.

Children under 10 should visit the exhibition only when accompanied by an adult. The Plague Pit and Bunker stations can be skipped with this age group.

Pets

Bringing animals is not allowed at Time Travel.

Accessibility

In the course of the exhibition there are two levels with about 50 steps to overcome. Due to these structural restrictions (protection of historical monuments), there is unfortunately no accessibility .

We regret that due to legal building regulations we are not allowed to accept wheelchair users .

How does it work with the translation / audio guides ?

International guests can experience the whole tour simultaneously translated with audio guides (headphones), there are 10 languages to choose from. The audio guides are included in the admission price.

Can I visit the Erlebniswelt with a toddler?

Children from 0-4 years can visit the exhibition free of charge and share a seat with the accompanying person in the 5D cinema. If there is room in the tour, the child is welcome to sit in its own seat. In Ausnahmefällen empfinden Kleinkinder das 5D Kino als zu laut und können Gehörschutzkopfhörer aufsetzen. Gerne können Sie mit Ihrem Kleinkind auf einem separaten Stuhl ohne Bewegungseffekte Platz nehmen. Gerne können Sie einen Kinderwagen mitnehmen, beachten Sie allerdings, dass ca. 50 Stufen im Laufe des Rundgangs zu überwinden sind.

Kinder unter 10 Jahren sollten die Ausstellung nur in Begleitung eines Erwachsenen besichtigen. Die Stationen Pestgrube und Bunker können mit dieser Altersgruppe ausgelassen werden.
